Can I Use Regular Fabric Softener In A High Efficiency Washer? [Solved]
Do not use other softener dispensing agents in your HE washer, unless your washer’s use and care guide recommends them. Pretreat and presoak products can be normal to high sudsing. Thus, their use should be limited in HE washers as they can cause oversudsing.
